

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Dawn, a personal trainer based at PureGym Southampton Central.
I have been training consistently for several years, and my journey into fitness began after COVID during a time where I needed something outside of my busy work-life to help me overcome anxiety and disconnection. Training became a way to rebuild not just my body, but my confidence, resilience, and overall sense of well-being.
Over this time, I’ve learned to enjoy the challenge that training brings - adapting goals, pushing through plateaus, and seeing what’s possible with the right structure and support. Changing my focus at different stages has shown me that progress isn’t linear, and that guidance and accountability can be vital in achieving lasting results.
That’s now the foundation of how I coach other women. My focus isn’t just physical change, but creating a supportive, purposeful training environment where you can build strength at your own pace and feel comfortable in your own body.
Every session is personalised around your goals, your pace, and your wellbeing as a whole. Whether you’re new to training or ready to progress further, I’ll guide you through sessions that challenge you appropriately -without overwhelm - always in a supportive and empowering space.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation, either online or in person to talk through your goals and help you decide the best way forward.
Each of my training packages run over 4 weeks, with pricing varying depending on how many sessions you would like. Every package includes:

A flexible coaching approach combining in-person sessions with regular online support.
This is ideal if you want professional guidance and accountability without committing to multiple weekly PT sessions.
